This is a social outcry for justice surrounding Cirivello's as a Hotspot for Crime activity in the Lakewood, Long Beach Ca are. Cirivello's is located @ 4115 North Viking Way, Long Beach, CA 90808 and if you see this man Fahed Derf Batshon ( facebook.com/DERF.LB ) behind the bar working please notify us because he is part owner and is making tips behind the bar ( tax fraud is a criminal offense) and letting his personal friends get away with assaulting Veterans, locals and covering for them seeing as their are no cameras in the establishment. there is some real ugly activity going on there.

ReplyDeleteI have been harassed on several occasions in that establishment. They have messed up on food orders and refused to fix it and make me pay for it. Not good business practices. I have seen him behind the bar all the time. I thought he was a bar tender not the owner? wow. Wouldn't that make it hard for the employee working the bar with Derf to make tips. Seems like they would have to share the tips with the owner. Especially when they get taxed and bar tenders live for their tips. Someone need to put in a IRS form 3949A ANYONE WANT AN INCENTIVE STRAIGHT FROM THE IRS WEBSITE (The IRS Whistleblower statute gives anyone with information about large-scale tax underpayments, including accounting errors, tax fraud or evasion, a significant financial incentive to report it. The IRS must give you up to 30% of any money they collect based upon your information.) This is for the 'LITTLE GUY' and for all the VETERANS being Screwed over these days. They fight for your freedoms that allow you to have such an establishment. Witnessing the event; you let a DISABLED VETERAN get Jumped in your parking lot defending his significant other. As you stood there and had done nothing. Amongst all the other fraudulent activity going on at your establishment; 'You had done nothing'. NOW ITS TIME FOR EVERYONE TO DO SOMETHING. WE CANNOT HAVE THIS IN OUR COMMUNITY. As it being a Sports bar and a family type restaurant. We should not let our family members go to this establishment. Your or your family member could be next.

How much more time must pass in order for Real justice to prevail? Everyday that passes and these Criminals walk free is a continual water down of the truth. Derf has a Personal Friend who conversed with Laurie and I in the parking lot rt after the attackers ran off when Derf got involved, Her name Is Anah or Ana R. she was very sympathetic to what occur d to us and told us that she was Derf close friend. She did not like what she saw.
